i think that who ever put that on the web should be ashemed of there self. if Ray J did it then hes a dog for doing( hes always trying to judge people on there past and make his self look so innocent) If Kim did it then she is getting what she deserves( but i dint think that she did do it because she looks like she was raised better than that.
